Amity University, Noida
was established by the not-for-profit organisation, Ritnand Balved
Education Foundation (RBEF), founded by Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan in 1986. It
is a Fully Fledged University and accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC. It
has been established by an act of State Legislature and recognized by
University Grants Commission (UGC) through the Act of State Legislature.
It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is
also a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
The
Amity University is a leading education group in India with over 50,000
students studying across 700 acres of hi-tech campus, which is built

- Amity tied up with Red Bull Racing and Amity's F1 Racing Club has organised many events like bringing Red Bull Drivers to campus as well as displaying on campus the Red Bull Racing Car
- Amity has tied up with Manchester United Football club to organise soccer school programs for students and the first one was held in April 2013
- Amity was one of the sponsors presenting the online broadcasting of the 2014 FIFA World Cup on LIVsports.in
- Amity has been partnering IPL since many years and has been the action replay partner on the broadcaster Sony as well as sponsor of teams like Delhi Daredevils and Rajasthan Royals
- The famous Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the Brand Ambassador for Amity University and Amity also signed a sponsorship deal with the cricketer of worth US$1 million which allows their logo to be placed on his cricket bat
- In exchange for co-branding opportunities, Amity has trained 22,000 volunteers for the 2010 Commonwealth Games held in New Delhi

University provides state-of-the-art auditoriums with combined seating
capacity of over 3500 persons, equipped with advanced presentation tools
that act as a common ground for students, faculty and corporate
personalities for regular interfaces, conferences and other events.

students. The air-conditioned residential apartment suites consist of 4
single rooms with an attached bathroom and sitting lounge equipped with

- ACUMEN - Amity University was host to this event organized by Business Today and Standard Chartered wherein over 70 institutions participated from across the country.
- TALENT - This is an inter-institute Talent Competition where B.Schools from across the country including IIM Ahmedabad, FMS, IIM-Lucknow participated in various innovative competitions.
- AURA - All India Undergraduate Management Festival organized by Amity, AURA provides a setting for myriad management games among contesting teams from colleges across the country.
- CYBUS - A national IT meet organized by IT students, it provides a platform for industry-institute interface for panel discussions, seminars etc., besides interesting interactive sessions like IT Quiz, Clue 18, Coding, Debugging etc.
- THE BIG PICTURE - The annual inter-institute competition organized by students of Advertising and Journalism.

- Rahul Aggarwal, an alumnus of Journalism, was adjudged the Winner of the 'CNN Young Journalist Award’ for his story ‘Dead Man Walking'

Direct
Admission without appearing in Admission Selection Process and academic

the candidates who meet the following eligibility in class XII, 2013.

- 50% Scholarship - 88% aggregate and above
- 25% Scholarship - 80% aggregate and above (For Jaipur, Lucknow & Dubai Campuses), 70% aggregate and above (For Gwalior Campus)
Scholarship for Programs after Graduation
- 100% Scholarship - 93% aggregate and above in Class XII and 80% in Graduation
