- Students must have passed in II PUC /12th Standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Biology as optional subject, with English as one of the language of study.
- Students should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks in the above mentioned subjects.
- In case of candidates from Karnataka, belonging to Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe and other backwards classes (Category – 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) students should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% of marks in the above mentioned subjects.
- Students should have appeared in any one of the entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Karnataka or Govt. of India (CET, COMEDK, KRLM, AIEEE)
- Students should have passed the Bachelor Degree examinations with not less than 50% of aggregate marks in the degree examination by a recognized university.
- In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category – I, the aggregate percentage of marks shall not be less than 45%. This relaxation is only for Karnataka students.
- Students should have passed the Bachelor Degree examinations with not less than 50% of aggregate marks in the degree examination with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Programming / Computer Applications / Business Mathematics / Business Statistics as one of the optional or electives.
- In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category – I, the aggregate percentage of marks shall not be less than 45%. This relaxation is only for Karnataka students.
