Master of Business Administration (MBA) in RIMS is a two-year full - time post graduation programme affiliated to All India Management Association (AIMA), Annamalai University,Mysore university and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) &UGC.The college is offer Master of Business Administration from Zurich, Switzerland. SBS is certified by EDUQUA and MBA program is accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), a US based accrediting body.The college may also offer combined program PGPM+ MBA and PGDM + PGPM.

Admissions criteria and Process- Academic Record: : A sound and consistent scholastic record is a good starting point. A minimum score of 60% is expected at the X, XII and graduate levels. A post-graduate degree, although not essential, would be an advantage.
- Post-education experience: Other factors remaining the same, post-education relevant professional experience of at least 18 months would be a definite advantage.
- Communication: A key trait expected is fluent and precise communication in English - both oral and written. Selected students are encouraged to learn an additional language - local or foreign. Communication skills are tested through an essay to be written in 20 minutes, on one of three topics provided for the purpose; and an extempore presentation for 3 minutes on a topic to be chosen from a slate of contemporary topics.
- Aptitude and Attitude: A post-graduate program in business requires an appetite for business-related courses and a positive orientation. These are assessed during an interview designed to test technical knowledge, inter-personal skills and general business awareness. Aspiring students are expected to have written and scored well in any of the recognized aptitude tests.
