Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai invites applications for admission to 2 years full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs for the commencing session 2016. The notification for Thiagarajar School of Management Madurai PGDM MBA Admission 2016 has been announced.

Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai was established in the year 1962. It is an autonomous institute approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA
The B-School offers both MBA and PGDM Programs; both are premium programs, comparable to similar programs offered by leading B-schools in the country
PGDM Program, however, is TSM’s Flagship Program, and offers certain exclusive features, which are detailed in the admission brochure

Important Dates

Last Date for Receipt of Application Form by TSM: 09th March 2016
Date of GD/PI /WAT (Written Ability Test): 02nd & 03rd week of March 2016
Intimation of Selection: 4th week of March 2016
Date of Payment of First Instalment: 01st week of April 2016
Orientation Program & Foundation Classes: June/July 2016
GD/PI/WAT Test Cities: Bangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Madurai and Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be a graduate in any stream/program recognized by the UGC.
Students graduating in May 2016 can also apply. In the event that an admitted candidate has any standing arrears, he/she must clear them latest by 31 July 2016, failing which he/she will be compulsorily required to leave the Institution and his/her admission will be cancelled.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted for a personal interview on the basis of the admission test scores (CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT taken in May 2015 or later), prior academic performance and relevant work experience.
At the time of Personal Interview (PI), written, verbal and analytical abilities of the candidates would also be examined.
Final selection of candidates for admission will be based on composite factors such as admission test scores, previous academic record, relevant work experience and performance in the personal interview, Group Discussion (GD) and essay writing.

How to Apply

The application form can be obtained online through the link of the Institution website www.tsm.ac.in
Step 1: Download the common application form for admission to TSM’s PGDM and MBA programs from the TSM website
Step 2: Purchase a bank demand draft for Rs.500/- in favour of "Thiagarajar School of Management" payable at Madurai towards fee for processing application
Step 3: Send the duly filled application form along with the demand draft for Rs.500/- by courier/registered post to the following address "The Admissions Office, Thiagarajar School of Management Pamban Swamy Nagar, Thirupparankundram", Madurai-625005
Candidates may apply for either PGDM or MBA or for both by indicating their preference in the space provided in the application form. Candidates are required to Pay Rs 850/- if shortlisted for GD/PI/WAT process
It is clarified that there is no additional processing fee required even if the candidate applies for both PGDM and MBA programs
